岗位职责：

·  Monitor and track all ocean shipments from our plants to our warehouse locations, ensuring timely arrival and resolving any transportation issues that may arise.
·  Oversee the receipt of shipments at our warehouses, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of incoming goods.
·  Manage inventory updates regularly to align physical stock levels with system records, including maintaining optimized safety stock levels.
·  Utilize customer portals to verify customer releases and align them with our shipping schedule.
·  Oversee the preparation and processing of shipping documentation, including the financial aspects such as verifying transportation invoices, and scheduling and coordinating both internal and external trucking for efficient transportation.
·  Monitor shipments from departure to delivery, generating and transmitting Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs), while keeping a comprehensive record of all shipping paperwork.
·  Play a key role in shaping the setup and transition to future, improved logistics software and ERP systems, participating in the design and execution of the new system, assisting in testing, data migration, training, and troubleshooting as required.
·  Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department, which could include process mapping and streamlining, implementation of lean principles, optimization of load planning and route scheduling, evaluation of carrier performance etc.
·  Collaborate closely with colleagues across both home office and other international colleagues, ensuring timely and effective communication to support global logistics operations.
·  Complete any other assignments, duties, and projects as may be assigned.

·  Successful Transition to New Logistics Software and ERP Systems: Assessed by the smoothness of transition, including the effectiveness of training and user adoption, and the impact on overall logistics operations efficiency.

·  Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2).
·  Familiarity with international shipping practices and regulations, particularly between China and North America / Europe.
·  Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
·  Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with international colleagues.
·  Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices would be advantageous.
·  Mandarin speaking would be an asset.
